Claro Development was brought into the on-going construction project to represent and assist the owner with the completion of the project. Originally contracted to manage the general contractor, it was quickly determined that the most efficient road to completion was to replace of the on-site management with Claro personnel to work hand-in-hand with the owner to open the project.
