Costa d’ Este Beach Resort was a beach front property located in the quiet east coast Florida town of Vero Beach in need of serious TLC. The hurricane season of 2004 faced the existing hotel with possible extinction. The existing property was completely destroyed when hit by two consecutive storms.

Claro Development was engaged as the Owner’s Representative and Developer to lead the project re-development team. New design, operations management, and construction management teams were hired to create a new modern luxury boutique hotel. A kitchen, lounge, bar, lobby, spa, and ballroom were created to support the 94 guest rooms. The project was designed with Florida Green Building and LEED standards in mind for all major infrastructure systems.
