Dunkin’ Donuts is the largest coffee and baked goods chain in the world providing customers with high quality coffee, bagels, donuts and other baked goods since 1950. Claro Development was engaged as the Project Manager and General Contractor responsible for the construction of three new locations in the NY/NJ metro area.

Claro Development was responsible for all scheduling, owner vendor coordination and communication to both the owner and the corporate area operations manager. As a Dunkin’ Donuts contractor Claro Development was required to attend bi-annual education seminars focusing on development and construction. The seminars were focused on specifications and building techniques along with new product roll-outs.

Typical new store construction durations were 6 weeks for an inline interior renovation to 16 weeks for a new building and associated site work.
