The Raleigh Hotel is a masterpiece of Art Deco architecture. Its details and interior appointments represent the finest examples of a style that has come to define the look and feel of Miami Beach. Its hundred rooms have hosted notable celebrities such as the classic Esther Williams and modern day starlet Uma Thurman.

Claro Development was engaged as the Owner’s Representative to project manage the design and construction of the hotel. The lobby was restored to its original conditions including the renovation of the original front desk, sundry shop and bar lounge. The pool was restored to its original design and the pool deck was landscaped into a luscious garden with a private beach area focused on a central fire pit. he renovation of the guest rooms included the upgrade of all major mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
