Owner’s Representatives

As an owner’s representative we function as the principal team leaders in the development process of a real estate property. In this capacity we either enter into joint venture partnerships with a development partner, or we serve our clients as an internal development division responsible for all aspects of the development process. This includes providing financing, development leadership, and project management from the conception of the project through its completion. As owners of real estate ourselves, we understand the need for an experienced development team to manage the entire project.

Project Managers

As project managers we are charged with the management of the project’s design, approvals, and construction. These services are typically provided to sophisticated clients with expertise in the ownership and operation of a real estate property but are not equipped to develop the project. Our clients provide the fi nancial, operational, and/or property management aspects of the project while we focus on the real property development process. We procure and manage the project team, including architects, consultants, and contractors required to complete the project’s development and construction process.

Design-Builders

Our Design-Build services are based on providing a single source of responsibility and accountability for the project development. Many of our clients fi nd it advantageous to have one team responsible for all services required to complete their real estate project. As opposed to providing services as a project manager, where our responsibilities lie in the management of multiple team members to develop the project, as the Design-Builders we are directly responsible for providing all the services of the team from a single source. Through both our own internal team and strategic partnerships with qualifi ed professionals, as Design-Builders we are positioned to provide the highest quality results from a single point of responsibility.
