TD Bank (Toronto-Dominion) acquired Commerce Bank in March of 2008 and is now known as “Americas Most Convenient Bank”. In addition to greatly expanding their U.S. retail presence, TD Bank continues to offer their core commercial banking, wealth management and wholesale banking products with the service that Commerce Bank built their reputation on. TD Bank is an international bank with over 1,100 branches worldwide.

Claro Development has performed and is currently engaged as the Owner’s Representative and Project Managers in support of development and construction. Claro Development’s initial engagement was for the oversight of 30 new bank branches in the South Florida tri-county area. Claro Development has successfully achieved a reduction in the average construction duration for new banks from 20 weeks to 14 weeks.
